Shabbat

Fresh new perspectives for Friday evening Shabbat

Exploring The Facets of our Faith

Here's a new opportunity for learning!

Join us Friday evenings at 5:30 pm for our friendly Pre-neg of wine and cheese and then at 6:00 pm for Shabbat services and explore with us the foundations of our faith through the meaning of prayers, the impact of Jewish music, the guidance of Torah and the diversity of our people!

Project Prayer is devoted to teaching about prayer—a “D’var Tefillah.”

Teaching Traditions focuses on the meanings and traditions of our holidays, life cycle events and their relevance today.

Talking Torah taps into the wisdom of Torah as a blueprint for daily living.

Let the Music Speak considers how music connects us and lifts our spirits while deepen the prayer experience. Where there is song there is prayer.—Talmud

Following our Shabbat services on Friday evening the community is welcome to our famous potluck dinner. (All dishes contributed should be either dairy and/or vegetarian, no meat.)  Please join us!
